In 2008, in April, Joe purchased the files and records of Daniel Young and Associates after Danny's passing. Joseph M. Wichert LLS, Inc now has a Mortgage Inspections division of Joseph M. Wichert LLS, Inc. We've been working hard to retain Daniel Young and Associates's existing clients and establish new clients of our own. We provide a quality product at an affordable price within the specified timeline. Although this division is newer to Joseph M.
